The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs, though the bed was not the most comfortable. Very good food in the restaurant.
The breakfast was very expensive at 15 euros per person. There was some confusion over whether we had requested it and we were made to feel at fault when we did not want it.

We rentet the apartment for 4 persons, and it was very nice decorated, and had a very good location. All the right details was there, like soft linen, good madras, nice bathroom, garden with sun beds and dinner table, right by the river. The restaurant served very good food as well, and it was not far away from the beach.

Delicious Dining Experience
Tucked away in the enchanting setting of this hotel, the restaurant offers a culinary experience that is simply divine. The savory dishes, such as the wolf and lamb, sea bream and red mullet cooked over a wood fire, are savored in a way that makes you forget all about ordinary meals. With flavors that rival a symphony of aromas, this dining experience is like indulging in a gourmet masterpiece.
The only small drawback was the hair dryer, which was more of a shaver unit than an actual styling tool.

Wonderfull heated swimmingpool surrounded by palm trees and very few people out of season at the begining of may! Lovely view on the marsh and pool from the balcony. Nice, pleasant, large and very clean room.
A bit pricey for a 3 stars hotel with a lack of attention to small details: no coffee making facilities in the rooms, no pen and paper, no air extractor fan in bathroom, no bin in main room, no towel rails in bathroom, no showerhead holder....

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in the outskirts of the city, on the edge of the lagoons. The location provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. The room was comfortable and spacious, with practical storage space for our belongings and a nice balcony to relax on. The hotel also offered excellent room service and laundry facilities, making our stay even more convenient. The amenities provided, such as heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar, added to the overall comfort of our room.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It has a very special charm. (We have stayed there on six occasions). It is very well managed and the staff are excellent. The restaurant is the best in Saintes Maries de la Mer. Always a pleasure to return to.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were spotless and well-appointed. The location was just outside of the village, which gave us some peace and quiet but still allowed us easy access to transportation to explore this city. We especially appreciated the excellent breakfast with a lot of variety, and the easy-to-find parking provided by the hotel.
Can't think of anything.

We enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and were impressed by the beautiful natural surroundings and the excellent service. the room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony offering breathtaking views. the pool was clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
this is to be expected given the location of the hotel in the heart of the countryside.

This charming hotel offers a rural feel just outside the village and boasts a delightful backdrop of marshes and wildlife from the rooms. the staff is attentive and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with attractive furnishings. the restaurant serves delicious food and offers excellent value. Breakfast is also of international standards.
The unheated pool can be too cold to use on occasion.
